RPH is garbage.
So, instead of making it able to contact him offsite, at all, or even make use of the RPH wiki to fucking tell people, RPH has been up. however, you have to go through proxy after proxy after proxy to access it, and even then, the chat itself and support blog refuse to work. I had to go through thirty proxies, which is fucking ridiculous to even confirm the site is up.
Really, I feel stupid...
